COVID-19 Funds Head to State and Local Front Lines

WASHINGTON, DC – Congress and the Trump administration have taken decisive action to provide communities on the front lines with additional federal resources for testing, vaccine development, and funds to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 within America and around the world.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced more than $560 million has been awarded by the CDC to states, territories, and more. This is welcome news: funds are being dispersed quickly to boost our fight against COVID-19.
