WASHINGTON, DC –Today, the House passed sweeping, bipartisan legislation to combat the opioid crisis. H.R. 6, the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act, authored by Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Greg Walden (R-OR), now heads to the Senate for a final vote and then to the President’s desk to be signed into law.
