WASHINGTON, DC - The House Energy and Commerce Committee, chaired by Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI), today heard from Govs. Haley Barbour (R-MS), Gary Herbert (R-UT), and Deval Patrick (D-MA) as they discussed the impact of the new health care law on Medicaid and state budgets and proposed ideas to allow flexibility for states.
