E&C Builds on President Trump’s Infrastructure Vision

03.29.18

WASHINGTON, DC – President Trump was in Richfield, Ohio today discussing his vision for modernizing the nation’s energy infrastructure. In his speech, he spoke to the importance of fixing the permitting process for infrastructure projects across the country and investing in rural communities that are often left behind.

The Energy and Commerce Committee has been working on solutions that fit the president’s vision. From bills that streamline the siting and construction of hydropower facilities and oil and natural gas pipelines, to legislation that boosts rural broadband deployment across the country, the committee has been leading the way.
